Shipping & Receiving Lead $30 -$34

📍 Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 5:00 AM–5:00 PM (Overtime Available)

Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on, dependable Shipping & Receiving Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations. In this role, you’ll ensure materials and products move safely, accurately, and on time—while leading a team and supporting overall plant performance.

What You’ll Do

• Lead day-to-day shipping and receiving operations

• Ensure accurate and timely movement of incoming and outgoing materials

• Maintain inventory accuracy (including cycle counts)

• Monitor and enforce safety procedures

• Supervise and support shipping team members

• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchasing, and Logistics teams

• Help meet on-time customer delivery goals

What You Bring

Required Skills

• Experience in shipping & receiving or warehouse operations

• Strong inventory management and organization skills

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience

• Ability to operate a forklift and material handling equipment

• Experience with cycle counting and inventory tracking

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment

• Ability to work extended hours and overtime as needed

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wagoner, OK.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $34.00/hr.
