Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on, dependable Shipping & Receiving Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations. In this role, you’ll ensure materials and products move safely, accurately, and on time—while leading a team and supporting overall plant performance.

What You’ll Do
Lead day-to-day shipping and receiving operations
Ensure accurate and timely movement of incoming and outgoing materials
Maintain inventory accuracy (including cycle counts)
Monitor and enforce safety procedures
Supervise and support shipping team members
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchasing, and Logistics teams
Help meet on-time customer delivery goals
What You Bring
Required Skills
Experience in shipping & receiving or warehouse operations
Strong inventory management and organization skills
Previous leadership or supervisory experience
Ability to operate a forklift and material handling equipment
Experience with cycle counting and inventory tracking
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Ability to work extended hours and overtime as needed

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wagoner, OK.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $34.00/hr.
