Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated Assembly Worker to join their team. As an Assembly Worker, you will be an essential part of the Industrial department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Assembly Worker

Location: Memphis, TN

Pay Range: $15.75

Shift: Weekend shift, 6am - 6pm, Friday through Monday, 12-hour shifts

What's the Job?

• Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards

• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently

• Inspect assembled components for defects and ensure compliance with safety protocols

• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency

• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

What's Needed?

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly

• Steel toe shoes are required for safety compliance

• Previous assembly experience is a plus but not mandatory

• Must pass drug test and background check

• Strong work ethic and reliability
