Our client, a leader in the industrial and manufacturing sector, is seeking a Project Manager I to join their team. As a Project Manager I, you will be part of the Project Management Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Project Manager I

Location: Longmont, CO (On-site; remote work considered with travel flexibility)

What's the Job?

• Assist in tracking project scope, schedules, and key milestones using tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, or Primavera.

• Support coordination with internal teams to ensure timely completion of design, procurement, manufacturing, and testing activities.

• Help maintain project plans, trackers, and action logs to ensure project transparency and accountability.

• Work with Engineering, Supply Chain, Production, QA/QC, and Dispatch teams to monitor progress and follow up on open tasks.

• Support communication with customers by sharing updates, responding to routine queries, and escalating issues when required.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

• 0-5 years of experience in project coordination, project management, operations, or a related role (internship experience welcome).

• Basic understanding of project management concepts and willingness to learn.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); exposure to MS Project, Primavera, or ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) is a plus.
