Job Title: General Production Worker (Night Shift) $21/hr!
Job Description
This entry-level production role focuses on assembling large industrial battery casings and performing quality checks in a modern, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. You will work primarily on the night shift, collaborating with a team and completing independent tasks to ensure products meet quality and documentation standards.
Responsibilities
Work with team members to assemble the exterior casing of large industrial application batteries according to specifications and safety guidelines.
Operate production and machine equipment as directed to support manufacturing processes.
Work independently to perform quality checks by measuring and inspecting parts to ensure they meet required standards.
Use a tape measure and other basic tools to verify dimensions and tolerances of parts and assemblies.
Document part orders, inspection results, and any relevant notes directly on the product or associated paperwork.
Perform general labor duties as assigned, including material handling, workstation organization, and basic housekeeping tasks.
Follow all plant safety procedures and production instructions while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Participate in training on the first shift and transition to the night shift once training is complete.
Essential Skills
Minimum of 6 months of manufacturing production experience.
Ability to work on your feet for 8–10 hours per day.
Ability to train on the first shift and then move to the night shift.
Experience with production or manufacturing environments.
Basic machine operation and machine operating skills.
Assembly experience, particularly in a production or industrial setting.
Ability to perform general labor tasks in a manufacturing facility.
Ability to accurately use a tape measure for measuring parts and components.
Attention to detail and commitment to performing quality work.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and document information accurately.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with quality control or inspection in a production environment.
Familiarity with assembling components or products in a manufacturing setting.
Comfort working independently as well as part of a team.
Strong work ethic and reliability in adhering to shift schedules.
Willingness to learn new processes and adapt to a growing operation.

Work Environment
You will work in a beautiful, new, state-of-the-art facility located in Weirton, WV. The plant is climate-controlled and well lit, providing a comfortable and modern production environment. The role is on the night shift, Monday through Thursday, from approximately 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, with initial training conducted on the first shift before transitioning to nights. The facility uses standard production and machine operation equipment, and you can expect a clean, organized, and safety-focused workplace.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
