Pipe layers needed near the Colorado Springs, CO $22-25HR - Weekly pay!

A growing construction company is looking for pipe layers out in near the Colorado Springs area. They will be working on large scale new construction projects. They will first be working out in Pueblo and transition to Lone Tree, CO. If you're in the market for work and have this experience, please apply!

Job description:

• This position is responsible for safely laboring & trenching.

• Furthermore, they will also be able to learn to operate equipment as needed and as the job presents itself.

• They must also be a willing team player able to make smart, rash, and good decisions through events as it pertains to projects by protecting the interest of others, and the financial stability of every project.

• They must be able to produce work in a timely manner.

• They must make sure all equipment is taken care of. He/she must be great with the customer.

Skills Desired

• Must be willing to learn how to operate all types of equipment, and must be somewhat mechanically inclined

• Must have knowledge of grade staking, and operation of laser equipment.

• Must be willing to do maintenance projects around the yard or in the shop as needed

• Can have concrete experience or any hard labor work

• Need to know the basics of grading

Shift

• 7-3:30 Monday - Friday

• Occasionally working on Saturday

• Consistently 40 hours when weather agrees with construction, aiming for 45-50

Work Environment + Benefits:

• Working on parking garages and new construction sites

• First site is in Pueblo and then will go to Lone Tree, CO

• Weekly pay and full benefits (medical, dental, vision)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $47840.00 - $54080.00/yr.

Most benefits offered below start at the employee's 90 day employment date.

Primary Care benefit - (not health insurance, no major medical - covers primary care only) $79/month per person. The employee coverage is paid after one year of service. Employees must pay for any dependents.

Life Insurance - term/$150,000 - paid by Employer.

Retirement - offered through the Colorado SecureSavings program, 5% of gross wages, no company match.

Vacation - one week paid after 1 year of service. two weeks after 2 years of service.

Paid holidays - Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Years Day.

Sick Time - effective upon employment, Colorado standards - 1 hour for every 30 worked, up to a max of 48 hours/year. No carry over.
