Job Description

Perform bonding of metallic and nonmetallic materials, fabricate parts for aircraft applications, and read and interpret blueprints. Plan, lay out, fabricate, and build adhesive bonded assemblies of metallic and non-metallic composite materials.

Essential Skills

• Experience with thrust reversers, sheet metal, aviation, composite, bonding, aircraft, and repair.

• 3-5 years of experience in a related field.

• Ability to understand, read, and write English.

• Flexibility with shift timings.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.

• Experience with autoclave processes.

Work Environment

Work in a clean, climate-controlled, 5S aviation manufacturing environment. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required while on the shop floor. The position involves sitting for extended periods, maintaining a composed demeanor in a fast-paced work environment, and performing moderate lifting, bending, and stretching as part of research and filing tasks. The schedule includes four 10-hour shifts from Monday to Thursday, with a 1st Shift from 5:30am to 3:30pm and a 2nd Shift from 2pm to 12am.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bristow, OK.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
