We’re partnering with a client on a large-scale, multi-phase initiative focused on modernizing and standardizing their customer experience across multiple offerings. We’re looking for a detail-oriented Copywriter to help ensure consistency and accuracy of messaging across a wide range of marketing materials.

Role: Copywriter

Role type: W2 Hourly

Location: Remote, must work Pacific time

Start date: ASAP

Hours per week: 40

Pre-start requirements: Background Check

Responsibilities:

• Adapt and refine approved copy across formats including emails, blogs, and marketing materials

• Ensure consistent tone, language, and messaging across all channels and phases

• Maintain alignment as messaging evolves over time

• Develop a strong understanding of the brand voice and messaging framework

• Identify inconsistencies and proactively flag questions or discrepancies

  Requirements

• Experience working within established brand guidelines

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage nuanced differences across similar content

• Analytical mindset with a willingness to question inconsistencies

• Comfortable with process-driven, repetitive work

• Ability to stay organized and precise in a fast-changing environment
