Description We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Waltham, Massachusetts. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in driving recruitment efforts, ensuring the acquisition of top talent, and managing the full recruitment lifecycle. Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent across various roles.

• Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance throughout the hiring process.

• Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate records and streamline recruitment workflows.

• Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies during recruitment activities.

• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and professionalism.

• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes. Requirements • Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Strong background in corporate recruiting with a focus on diverse roles and industries.

• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems to manage recruitment workflows.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with candidates and hiring teams.

• Ability to develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies.

• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations related to recruitment.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
