Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Install parts/ items that have been flagged for repair or replacement
• Clean up and reset workstations in the shop and on the service truck
• Regional traveling for mobile repairs
• General repairs to vehicles
• Other job duties as assigned

Academic, Certifications & Trade Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred
• Understanding of basic and fractional math
• Class E Driver’s license with clean driving record required, CDL preferred

Work Experience, Skills & Strengths

• Mechanically inclined with mechanical experience in medium & heavy vehicles, preferred
• Able to lift and carry 75LBS unassisted
• Be able to stand, crouch, and be on your knees for long periods of time
• Able to maneuver around heavy machinery and drive service truck
• Air tight MIG welding experience required
• Pipe welding experience and welding certification preferred
• Ability to be on call and travel, regionally, to accomplish axle repair work
• Healthy in fast paced environments and willingness to work a flexible shift
• Must have or be willing to acquire tools for position
• Leads, mentors, and motivates others
• Self-starter and highly organized

-Increase in salary after completion of training & certification plus additional compensation during holiday and weekend callouts.
