The Sales Development Program (SDP) at Smart Infrastructure Buildings is a structured, early-career development experience designed to prepare participants for a Sales Executive role in the building automation, fire, and security industry. This program combines technical training, sales skill development, cohort learning, and hands-on local area experience to accelerate readiness for a customer-facing sales position. Participants will gain exposure to Siemens’ portfolio, sales processes, tools, and customer engagement strategies while building strong business and technical foundations.
What You’ll Do *: *
Participate in structured technical and sales training
Engage in cohort learning sessions and program assignments
Completearea-based learning activities and job shadowing
Build foundational knowledge of building automation, fire, and/orsecurity solutions
Learn Siemens sales processes, tools, and CRM systems
Support sales teams with customer research, proposals, and opportunity development
Present learnings and progress throughout the program
Collaborate with mentors, managers, and program leaders

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, technical studies, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Interest in technical sales or solutions selling
Strong communicationand collaboration skills
Learning agility and curiosity
Self-motivation andaccountability
Preferred Qualifications:
Internshipexperience at Siemensin sales, engineering, or customer-facing roles
Interest in HVAC, building automation, fire, security, or mechanical systems
Presentation and relationship-building skills
