Our client, manufacturing industry leader, is seeking a Valve Assembler to join their team. As a Valve Assembler, you will be part of the production support team supporting engineering and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Valve Assembler
Location: Orchard Park, NY
Pay Range: $19/hour
Shift: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday
What's the Job?
Assemble safety relief valves according to established procedures
Set up and operate specialized testing equipment for high-pressure valves
Conduct functional testing and accurately record results
Compare test results to specifications and make necessary adjustments
Support engineering with valve and subcomponent testing and troubleshooting
What's Needed?
High school diploma or equivalent
Mechanical Aptitude
2–3 years of experience in manufacturing or testing environments
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
Basic computer skills for data entry and retrieval
Strong attention to detail and procedural compliance
