Description We are partnering with a client in Bristol, PA who is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented detail oriented to support their team in a customer-facing, contract role. This position is fully onsite and plays a key role in daily cash handling and account support. Key Responsibilities:

Open and sort incoming mail, including customer payments Process and apply cash/check payments accurately to customer accounts Enter and maintain precise records in internal systems Provide friendly, detail oriented service when interacting with customers in person Assist with resolving payment discrepancies or account inquiries Maintain organization and accuracy in a high-volume environment

Qualifications:

Prior experience handling cash, payments, or accounts receivable preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Customer-facing experience with a detail oriented and approachable demeanor Ability to stay organized and manage repetitive tasks efficiently Reliable and comfortable working fully onsite
