Description We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This long-term contract position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to our talent acquisition efforts by supporting interview scheduling, onboarding, and candidate communications. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring a seamless hiring experience for candidates and internal teams alike.
Responsibilities:
• Schedule interviews for candidates with recruiters, hiring managers, and teams using Greenhouse or similar applicant tracking systems.
• Prepare offer letters, facilitate background checks, and communicate effectively with new hires to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Create a positive and welcoming experience for candidates through clear and precise communication.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new contractors by managing background screenings, collecting necessary paperwork, and coordinating with HR.
• Monitor and track requisition numbers assigned by the Finance department to ensure accurate records.
• Develop and review job templates in Greenhouse prior to publication for consistency and accuracy.
• Manage the recruiting team’s Jira Service Desk, addressing inquiries from employees and managers promptly.
• Assist Talent Acquisition managers by maintaining and updating HR-related documentation on the company intranet.
• Perform additional tasks as needed to support the talent acquisition team, adhering to departmental policies and procedures. Requirements • At least 6 months of experience in human resources, customer service, or administrative support; internships may count toward this requirement.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, such as Greenhouse, is preferred.
• An associate degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• A combination of relevant education and experience demonstrating attention to detail will also be considered.
• Strong skills in talent acquisition coordination, scheduling, and communication.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
