Job Title: Construction Laborer

Location: LG Data Center

Duration: Project-based (long-term opportunity depending on performance)

Overview

Hiring construction laborers for an active industrial project. This role supports multiple phases of construction including demolition, site prep, and light carpentry work. Steady hours and consistent work.

Responsibilities

  • Support demolition work and material removal

  • Perform general site cleanup (sweeping, debris removal, organizing)

  • Assist with basic carpentry tasks, including drywall patching

  • Drill and prep materials as needed

  • Assist with painting and surface prep

  • Spot lifts and equipment to ensure safe movement

  • Use hand tools and basic equipment safely

  • Follow job site safety policies at all times

Requirements (Must Have)

  • At least 1 year of commercial construction or general labor experience

  • Experience with site cleanup and demolition support

  • Ability to safely use hand tools and basic equipment

  • Basic carpentry experience (drywall patching preferred)

  • Understanding of job site safety practices

  • Ability to work 10-hour shifts starting early morning

  • Reliable and consistent attendance

Preferred

  • Experience on industrial or manufacturing job sites

  • Experience with retrofit or renovation projects

  • Basic painting or finishing experience

Work Environment

  • Active industrial construction site

  • Work around equipment, lifts, and ongoing construction activity

  • Exposure to dust, noise, and changing temperatures

  • Indoor and partially enclosed work areas

  • PPE required at all times

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
