Traffic Control Flagger – Immediate Openings | Unlimited Overtime Available

This role is ideal for reliable, hard-working individuals who enjoy working outdoors and want consistent hours with room to grow.

What You’ll Do

  • Set up and break down traffic control zones , including cones, signs, and barriers

  • Direct traffic safely using stop/slow paddles and hand signals

  • Guide motorists through work zones and provide clear directions

  • Monitor traffic flow and adjust setups to maintain safety and efficiency

  • Communicate with crew members and other flaggers to coordinate operations

  • Maintain safe distances between workers and moving vehicles

  • Support general site setup, maintenance, and cleanup using basic tools

What We’re Looking For

  • Dependable and safety-focused individuals

  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

  • Strong attention to detail and awareness of surroundings

  • Comfortable standing for extended periods

  • Construction, landscaping, or flagging experience is a plus—but not required

  • Willingness to learn PennDOT safety standards and procedures

Pay & Growth Opportunities

  • Starting pay with quick increases:

  • $17/hr after 3 months

  • $18/hr after 6 months

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Reading, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
