What You’ll Do

As a Production Associate, you will support key manufacturing processes and ensure high-quality output.

• Follow route sheets, blueprints, and detailed work instructions

• Apply adhesives and sealants using precision tools

• Load and process panels on conveyor equipment

• Inspect finished work to IPC quality standards

• Track and manage work orders in the Paradigm system

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.50/hr.
