What You’ll Do
As a Production Associate, you will support key manufacturing processes and ensure high-quality output.
Follow route sheets, blueprints, and detailed work instructions
Apply adhesives and sealants using precision tools
Load and process panels on conveyor equipment
Inspect finished work to IPC quality standards
Track and manage work orders in the Paradigm system

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.50/hr.
