We're creating opportunities for expert barbers who deserve a fair chance. Many of our barbers are returning community members or are those who have been justice-impacted and mastered the art of giving a quality cut while incarcerated. As a result of their unique experience, our barbers have deep expertise in cutting all hair types and preferences.
