Our employees enjoy a generous employee purchase program that allows them to purchase a wide range of Mike's Bikes products at greatly reduced prices. Employees buying a bicycle through our employee purchase program can take advantage of 0% interest 24-month financing from Synchrony Bank (standard eligibility rules apply).

And if you purchase a bike through our employee purchase program, we will give you a paid day off to enjoy that new bike!  All employees get paid $.10/mile when they ride their bike (any bike!) whether it's a commute, a group ride or a spin through the park with your friends, record those miles and we will add that to your paycheck. 

If you race your bike, we will reimburse 50% of your entry fee, and if you podium, we will reimburse 100% of your entry fee.
