The Latino Coalition for Community Leadership (LCCL) finds, funds, forms, and features nonprofits in marginalized communities meeting the needs of individuals and families. The LCCL is a grant intermediary, administering Federal and State grants and contracts that are sub-granted to multiple nonprofit Community Partners in two states. The LCCL will administer grants to grassroots organizations that are uniquely skilled to meet their community needs with a level of cultural sensitivity, understanding, and competence.
