Expunge Colorado is a women/BIPOC-led 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, dedicated to increasing access to record sealing through advocacy, education and pro-bono legal services. We believe that sealing eligible criminal records from public view helps restore economic opportunities and justice to people deserving of a fresh start. 

Since 2018, Expunge Colorado’s co-founders have organized and executed an annual record sealing clinic in the Denver metro area to assist Coloradans with the complicated and costly petition-based record sealing process. These record sealing clinics provide needed legal, financial and technical assistance to individuals that need key necessities, such as jobs and housing, to live a healthy and meaningful life.
