Banquet Event Production Crew I

Total Weekly Hours: 12-19 hours week

Shift Schedule: Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays

Hourly Pay: based on experience. Range from $10-$16/hour

Key Results Areas (KRA): Crew Member will 

1. assist in food prep on Thursdays, 
2. finish food prep and clean/set up first floor with special attention to the banquet room and dinner table (Look Good Day) on Fridays, 
3. and assist banquet execution (set table/ serve/clean/sanitation) on Saturdays.
4. 10-20 min weekly meeting to communicate strengths and potentials 

Banquet Event Production Crew II

Total Weekly Hours: 20-36 hours week

Shift Schedule: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays

Hourly Pay: based on experience. Range from $14-$22/hour

Key Results Areas (KRA): Crew Member will 

1. assist Crew Member I on Friday Look Good Day plus
2. set up coffee/tea/cookie breakfast for use of guests on Saturday mornings
3. accomplish all tasks for overnight guest hospitality
4. 10-20 min weekly meeting to communicate strengths and potentials 

Banquet Event Producer

Salary Position: salary based on experience

Key Results Area (KRAs): The producer is responsible for 

1. the successful execution of two banquets attended by 12-24 people at each banquet, on a weekly basis. 
2. The producer will have a dual role of managing the crew plus physically assisting them accomplish their KRAs if help is needed. 

Employment

• KRAs finalized, agreed on, and signed in a short meeting on the first day of work.
• Work performance and job satisfaction will also be an important KRA.
• Crew Members paid bi-weekly, direct deposit with automatic payroll system.
• First 90 days of work are a mutual probation period after which we will have a formal meeting to confirm the work environment, discuss strengths and potentials in more detail, and update KRAs. Yearly meetings will be planned as well..
